WHO HAS SAID CAMBODIANS BUSES ARE NOT COMFORTABLE?
Autopullman, air conditioning, reclined seats, hostess who serves you drinks and snacks for free, bathroom, bus tickets with a seat number assigned and the luggage is very good keep in the trunk. Who has said Cambodian buses are bad, uncomfortable or dirt? Lucky us, this belongs to the past. The line Phnom Penh - Siem Reap is covered for this kind of busses and the rest is covered by a normal ones.
Travel by Cambodian bus is not a boring and interminable ride. Dimensions of the country are not so big, which means all the bus ride are not taking more than 6-7 hours. Besides, the majority of the roads are news.
Cambodian people are so nice, friendly and kind that they can share their drinks and food with you. They are surprisingly extrovert people. Their spontaneous questions about our private life will surprise us in a good way. When someone is travelling around Cambodia by public bus, there is no way you can not "make some friends".
We offer a list of optional visits which you can book and also take a look in our webpage "Our circuits - Optional visits".

About Cambodian coaches and buses
All buses are regular line coaches. They have numbered, reclining seats and air-conditioning. The luggage is placed in a specially designed compartment.
The route Phnom Penh - Siem Reap is operated by limousine buses with WC inside the vehicles and stewardess who serves snacks and fresh water.
Smoking is not allowed in buses.
The buses make frequent stops to allow passengers to use the services of restaurants where it easy to find water and soft drinks, food and snacks.
The route runs along paved roads, some totally new or remodeled, others in reasonable good condition.
The arrival and departure times are fixed.
The longer sections are about 300 km (6 hours) except from Phnom Penh/Siem Reap to Banlung, capital of Ratanakiri. This one takes about 10 to 12 hours. The average speed is about 50 Km / hour.

Cambodians are very open people who love talking and sharing food and drink. Foreigners are often the "stars" in a crowded local bus. Travelling by bus gives you the opportunity to really capture the real Cambodia, non-touristy, the real thing. And of course, it is almost impossible not to end up by "making friends".

Collective service
Travelling by public regular bus means that services are always provided collectively.
If several people from different travel agencies are traveling at the same time, they may share the services in the sections where included, such as tour guide and transfers to / from hotel. In this case, it is understood that visits scheduled may be shared; including the sections operated by private transport.
In the above event, the maximum number of participants in one group would be 14 people.
